AI Creative Engine · Built For Your Brand

AI creative fills your funnel. At machine speed.

The AI Creative Engine turns a brand URL and product photos into 40 ad concepts, produces UGC-style video without creators, monitors competitor ads automatically, and delivers a performance brief to your Slack before 9am. Run for you monthly — or installed in your stack and handed off running.

The Problem

You're doing manually what AI can do in minutes.

The gap isn't talent or budget. It's that your creative, reporting, and competitive research workflows were never built for AI. You're still doing manually what should be running automatically — every day.

×
Creative briefing takes a full day. You produce 4 concepts. A competitor tests 40.
×
Competitor monitoring is manual. You check the Ads Library when you remember.
×
Performance review happens Friday. The bad day was Tuesday — two days of wasted spend.
×
UGC production costs $2,000/month in creator fees. Output is 3 clips. Revision takes a week.
×
You pay $3,000/year for Motion. The same reports can be built in a day with Claude Code.
Before the system
Creative brief takes 6 hours per concept batch
Performance review is weekly and reactive
Competitor research is ad hoc and inconsistent
UGC pipeline depends on creator availability
Reports require pulling data manually into spreadsheets
After the system
40 ad concepts generated from URL + product photos in under 30 minutes
Daily Slack brief flags anomalies before 9am
Competitor top-10 ads arrive in Slack every Monday
5 UGC video variants per week, fully AI-generated
Performance dashboard built once, updated automatically

Five systems. One creative engine.

Each workflow is custom-built for your brand and tested end-to-end. Not a template. Not a prompt doc. A running production system — run for you, or documented and handed off to your team.

Workflow 01

Static Ad Factory — 40 Concepts from One URL

URL + product photos → 40 production-ready ads + HTML review gallery
+

We build a custom Claude Code workflow that researches your brand DNA — fonts, colors, voice, photography style, packaging — and uses it to fill 40 proven ad templates. Each template targets a different conversion angle: headline ads, social proof, us-vs-them, UGC-style, testimonial cards, stat callouts, and more. GPT Image 2.0 generates final creatives using your product reference photos.

Every output lands in an HTML review gallery. Your team picks winners in 10 minutes. No back-and-forth. No briefs. No waiting for a designer.

Workflow 02

AI UGC Video Pipeline — 5 Clips Per Week, No Creators

Character library + scripts → Seedance 2.0 UGC variants on demand
+

We build a reusable creator library — 5–10 AI character archetypes matched to your buyer personas. Claude writes scripts and scene prompts for each angle. Seedance 2.0 via Higgsfield generates character-consistent, voice-consistent video clips in under 30 minutes per batch.

The result: a weekly UGC production system that turns one winning script angle into multiple native-feeling variants — unboxing, demo, testimonial, lifestyle — without booking a single creator.

Workflow 03

Daily Performance Brief — Meta + Shopify + GA4 to Slack

Connected agents deliver anomaly-flagged briefs before your team starts work
+

We build and configure a Claude Managed Agent that connects read-only to your Meta Ads, Shopify, and GA4 accounts. Every morning before 9am it pulls the previous day's data, flags anomalies (CTR drop, frequency spike, ROAS outlier, revenue gap), identifies winners and losers, and posts a structured brief to your designated Slack channel.

Your team opens Slack and knows exactly what to act on before they open a single dashboard. Bad days get caught same day — not Friday.

Workflow 04

Competitor Ad Monitor — Weekly Intel to Slack

Tracks 10+ competitors. New ads, hooks, and angles — every Monday morning.
+

We build a scheduled workflow that monitors 10+ competitors in the Meta Ads Library weekly. It pulls each brand's top-10 ads sorted by impressions, classifies creative type (UGC, authority, aspiration, social proof), identifies new drops since last week, and posts a structured competitive brief to Slack every Monday morning.

You see what's working in your category before it becomes saturated — and get clear creative angles your competitors haven't claimed yet.

Workflow 05

Advertorial Builder — 17-Section Landing Pages on Demand

n8n + Airtable + Claude → full pre-lander pages with human review layer
+

We build a modular advertorial production system using n8n, Airtable, and Claude. The workflow scrapes your product URL, generates each of the 17 standard pre-lander sections independently (pain points, unique mechanism, trust signals, price justification, objection handling), surfaces them in Airtable for human review, then assembles the approved sections into a final deployable HTML page.

Producing a complete high-converting advertorial goes from 2 days to under 2 hours — with a review checkpoint built in so nothing ships without approval.

Build-to-OwnSOPs

Built and running for a global intimate wellness brand.

We built the static ad engine for a global wellness brand's premium product line: brand research distilled into a locked brand kit (colors, typography, voice), an AI persona library modeled on the brand's real buyer segments, and a campaign planner that pairs products with personas and conversion angles.

From a single uploaded product photo, the system plans a campaign, generates on-brand static ad concepts per persona-angle pair, and surfaces everything in a review gallery — the team picks winners instead of writing briefs. The whole engine runs serverless on the brand's own infrastructure. They own it outright.

Static ad generator — batch creation from one product photo

Deployed serverless on the brand's own accounts — image generation, persona engine, database, and asset storage all owned by the client. No agency lock-in, no per-seat SaaS fees, no dependency on us to run it.

Creative fills the funnel. The pipeline converts it.

The Creative Engine is one half of how we work. The other half is our visitor identification and recovery system — the engine behind 6.1× CVR improvement and €500K in attributed revenue for a single DTC client. Together they close the loop: AI creative fills your funnel, identity resolution converts the visitors who don't buy, and attribution reporting proves what each side earned.

Engine 1 — You are here

AI Creative Engine

Static ad batches, UGC video, advertorials, competitor intel, daily performance briefs. Fills the top of your funnel at machine speed.

Engine 2 — The converter

Visitor Recovery Pipeline

Identifies the 97% of visitors who leave without buying, recovers them with automated email sequences, and reports attributed revenue weekly.

Right fit. Wrong fit.

We only take engagements we're confident we can deliver well. Here's the honest breakdown.

✓ Right fit
  • DTC brand or performance agency spending $5K+/month on Meta ads
  • Running on Shopify — the data connections are built around Shopify + Meta + GA4
  • Want to produce more ad creative without adding headcount or creator budget
  • Currently using manual processes for reporting, competitor research, or creative briefs
  • Agencies: running 2+ client accounts and want the system across all of them
  • Want it run for you monthly, or installed and handed off — we scope both
× Not the right fit
  • Pre-launch or spending under $2K/month on ads — not enough data to optimise against
  • Want ongoing campaign management — this is infrastructure installation, not media buying
  • Not on Meta as a primary channel — the ad factory and monitor are Meta-first
  • Expecting turnkey results without a review layer — human approval is built into the system intentionally
  • Need everything in under 5 days — proper installation takes 10 days and won't be rushed

Common questions.

No. Every system is built and documented so a non-technical team member can run it. The ad factory is triggered by entering a URL. The Slack briefs run automatically. The competitor monitor is scheduled. We write the SOPs for the exact level of your team and include a walkthrough call to make sure everyone is comfortable before we step back.
For the full OS: read access to Meta Business Manager, Shopify admin, GA4, and a Slack workspace. We work through collaborator access and partner invites — no shared passwords. For the ad factory, we also need product reference photos. Everything is scoped to minimum necessary access and removed at handoff if preferred.
Claude Pro or Claude API (from ~$20/month), ChatGPT Plus or API access for GPT Image 2.0 (~$20/month), and Higgsfield for the UGC pipeline (~$30–50/month at standard use). That's it. We deliberately build systems that replace rather than add SaaS subscriptions — the ad factory replaces tools like Motion ($250/month), and the reporting dashboard replaces dedicated analytics tools.
Yes. Most engagements start with the systems that matter most for your situation — often the Static Ad Factory or the Daily Performance Brief on its own. We scope each engagement on the strategy call; single-system builds are common and priced accordingly.
Yes — the full engine is specifically designed for this. We configure the ad factory and competitor monitor to run across multiple brand URLs, the performance brief to post per-client summaries to separate Slack channels, and the UGC pipeline with separate creator libraries per client. Multi-account setups are scoped on the strategy call.
You own everything outright and your team can run it independently. If you want ongoing support — fresh creative batches every month, new workflows, expanding to new ad platforms — we run the engine for you on a monthly engagement. Many clients also pair the Creative Engine with our Visitor Recovery Pipeline so the new traffic gets identified and converted, not just generated.
