This Privacy Policy explains how Prosperus Digital collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit prosperus.digital, use our tools, contact us, or engage our services.

1. Who we are

Prosperus Digital ("Prosperus Digital", "we", "us" or "our") is a sole proprietorship that designs and builds revenue infrastructure for growth-stage brands — lead generation, marketing automation, analytics, CRM and funnel systems. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, Prosperus Digital acts as the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. Where we process data on behalf of a client as part of a service engagement, we act as a data processor under that client's instructions and the applicable services agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact & enquiry data — your name, email address, company, phone number and the contents of any message when you book a strategy call, submit a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us.
• Engagement data — information you share with us while scoping or delivering a project, which may include business, marketing, advertising and customer data relevant to the work.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates/times of access, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Information from third parties

• Analytics and advertising providers, and business or enrichment sources, may provide us with aggregated or individual data about how you found or interacted with us.

3. Meta & advertising-platform data

Because we provide marketing and lead-generation services, we operate applications and integrations with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Where you or a client authorise a connection, we may access data made available through those platforms' APIs — for example ad-account and campaign information, page and audience insights, advertising performance metrics, and lead data you have consented to share.

4. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct strategy calls, and provide the services you request;
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and tools;
• To send you communications you have requested, including newsletters and service updates (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• To measure and analyse the performance of our site and campaigns;
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business in a way that does not override your rights; and compliance with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. This may include first-party cookies and third-party analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers / sub-processors who help us operate — for example website hosting (Vercel), analytics, email, scheduling and CRM providers — bound to protect the data;
• Clients, where the data was collected as part of delivering a service to them;
• Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect rights, property or safety;
• Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We operate remotely and use service providers that may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where personal data protected by the GDPR is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information and are entitled not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights; we do not sell personal information. 12. Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data obtained through the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, at any time.

• Email info@prosperus.digital with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address associated with your data;
• Tell us which data or connected account you would like removed;
• We will verify the request and delete the relevant data (and instruct our sub-processors to do the same) within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

13. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy & how to contact us
