Stop guessing
what your market
actually wants.

Most positioning is written from a workshop. Ours is written from evidence: what your competitors' funnels actually do, what your buyers say in their own words, which customer segments actually exist in your order data, and what's genuinely selling in your category right now.

Strategy built on assumptions.

Personas nobody checked

Most persona documents were written from intuition, then never validated against a single real customer. Nobody knows how big any segment is, or whether it exists at all.

Competitor analysis that stops at the ad

You can see what competitors advertise. What you can't see — and what actually matters — is the page it lands on and the offer stack behind it.

Copy written in your voice, not theirs

The language that converts is the language buyers already use. It's sitting in public forums and product reviews, and almost nobody mines it systematically.

Four systems, all evidence-first.

Every one of these produces something you can point at and check. The rule we build to: numbers come from data, quotes come from real people, and nothing gets inferred quietly.

01 · Competitor

Funnel Autopsy

Give it a competitor and it maps their proven landing pages, tears down why each one converts, and captures the pre-purchase upsell stack — all the way to the edge of checkout. Every ad-spy tool stops at the creative. This one keeps going.

What it does

  • Finds the landing pages a competitor actually sends paid traffic to
  • Ranks them by evidence of sustained investment
  • Section-by-section teardown of the conversion logic on each page
  • Captures the offer and upsell stack in the path to checkout
  • Outputs a structured autopsy you can brief a designer or copywriter from
How we run it

It never completes a purchase and only ever reads public storefront data. This is the same research a competent strategist would do by hand — done systematically instead of once.

02 · Voice Of Customer

Community & Review Mining

Scrapes the public forums and review threads where your buyers actually talk, then ranks what comes up: pain points, desires, objections — with the verbatim quotes and a direct link back to every source.

What it does

  • Competitive scoreboard — mentions, share of voice, engagement by brand
  • Ranked pain points, desires and objections in buyers' own words
  • A swipe file of liftable phrases for ad copy and landing pages
  • Ready-to-test ad angles derived from what the data actually shows
  • Every quote deep-links to the original post, so nothing is unverifiable

Why it matters

The highest-converting hook is usually a sentence a customer already wrote. This finds those sentences instead of inventing new ones.

03 · Segmentation

Persona Builder

Clusters your actual buyers from real order data, infers a profile for each cluster, and attaches voice-of-customer from those same buyers' reviews. Personas with a size attached, not archetypes with a stock photo.

What it does

  • Clusters buyers from order history — what they actually bought, together, and how often
  • Sizes each segment, so you know which ones are worth building for
  • Attaches demographic and behavioural profile per cluster
  • Pulls verbatim reviews from those same buyers as segment voice
  • Numbers come from queries against your data — never estimated by a model
Why we built it

We built this after finding a client's six documented personas had been written from forum reading and never checked against a customer. Nobody knew how big any of them were, or whether they existed.

04 · Demand

Product & Trend Signals

Tracks what's actually moving in your category across social commerce and short-form video — ranked by estimated revenue rather than by follower counts or vanity engagement.

What it does

  • Niche leaderboards ranked by estimated revenue — units sold against price
  • Commerce detail: price, discount, seller, sales velocity
  • Reverse-engineers the creative that's driving a product's sales
  • Short-form video tracking by engagement rate, with AI teardown and comment mining
  • Generates creative briefs in your brand voice from what's working
Why it matters

Follower counts and view counts are easy to mistake for demand. Units sold isn't. This keeps product and creative decisions anchored to the commerce signal rather than the attention signal.

On estimates and sourcing

Public data has limits and we mark them. Revenue figures on marketplace leaderboards are estimates derived from public units and pricing — useful for ranking, not for accounting. Anything sourced from a model rather than measured is labelled as such in the output. You should always be able to tell which is which.

Intelligence that becomes a decision.

1

Gather

Competitor funnels, community threads, review data and your own order history, pulled into one evidence base.

2

Synthesise

Segments sized, objections ranked, angles derived — each one traceable back to the source it came from.

3

Brief

It leaves as a creative brief, a positioning decision or a landing page structure — not as a report nobody reads twice.

Name a competitor. We'll take them apart on the call.

You pick the competitor and the community your buyers hang out in. We run both live and you leave with the analysis regardless of what happens next.

  • One competitor, fully mappedTheir landing pages, conversion logic and offer stack — the research you'd otherwise pay a strategist a week for.
  • Your category, minedRanked pain points and objections from real threads, with quotes and links you can verify yourself.
  • Five ad anglesDerived from that evidence, written in your voice, ready to test.
